I am fear filled
I am not fear full
I am certainly not fear less
The acceptance and observation of fear is something I have unwittingly called into my life. But as I change my life from an unintentional to an intentional journey, I am embracing this calling.
And in doing so I hope to assist others redefine their own relationship with fear.
Before going on my morning walk, I like to draw an oracle card to give me something to ponder as I start my day with some soul time.
No surprise then that the Universe sent me the FEARLESS card this morning. These gorgeous Return of Spirit cards gave me this message…
“Dear Soul, you have received this card today because the energetic imprint of fear is blocking your necessary progress forward in your life.”
Return of Spirit by Cheryl Lee Harnish
Well there’s no surprises there. I am fear filled. You might call me a worrier – or even a pessimist. But I am not fear full – because I am not full to the brim with fear – I still have space in there to move my fears around – take a step backwards – look at them from all angles – identify any little edges that I can chip off – to slowly break them down – and create a little more room inside.
The thing about fear – if you are part of the majority who experience it to varying degrees – is that you can never truly be fearless.
Fear is a constant companion for most of us – it can help to preserve our lives and protect us from danger – this is it’s intended purpose.
Without some self searching, though, it can be tricky to distinguish between those fears that are keeping us safe and those fears that are keeping us stuck.
Like all wonderful lessons, this one will never truly leave us – a lesson to learn continuously. And I feel that is understandable considering fear will be felt by us through all stages and places of life.
So for fear of never moving beyond fear – I am looking into a “fear moving” arsenal of tricks.
So far I have written some posts about fear and how to move with and around it

The Many Facets of Fear
(I told you I have been calling it in to my life to be examined.)
I like to use these crystals to support me around the issue of Fear
Citrine to dispel fears and allow joy in
Aquamarine to release unhelpful beliefs
Smokey Quartz to dispel negative energy and provide protection
Black Tourmaline to deflect negative energy and show a clear path ahead
Rose Quartz to assist with showing yourself love and compassion through this very human situation
And a little something I’ve been working on today I call it my Resist List
I am not a die-hard list writer – and at times they can become a little overwhelming. But I do love a TO DO LIST – TWIST.
By writing down those things you are resisting to do because of fear, separates them out from those other things you can just get in and do. That way you won’t get any cross contamination of fear energy. And you can take each item on your Resist List break it down into manageable chunks and weed out the parts that the fear is connected to.
Often when we have a big project ahead of us there are elements that are more scary than others – but if we don’t separate out the elements – one scary thing can make it all look scary.
And here’s the thing – if we find out that 10 percent of the things we have to do is where the fear is attached to, I bet that once we’ve done the other 90 percent, the momentum will help us carry through that last bit.
That’s my theory anyway – I’m off to test it and I’ll let you know how it goes.
What about you? Do you have any tools you would put into your fear moving arsenal? Leave a comment below – as always your input and ideas are an inspiration to me. xx
